Safe Gauge has created safer and more efficient systems for testing hydraulic pressure in any system up to 600 bar in mining, construction, railway, and marine.
That is a critical matter, for workers might be regularly exposed to the risk of severe or even fatal injuries when undertaking routine pressure testing of hydraulic equipment. A small rupture, a hole in a hydraulic hose, or a connection failure can release an almost invisible flow of hydraulic fluid at a pressure of over 200 bar, which can cause severe injury or even death.
Carry out safer and more efficient inspections.
The Safe Gauge wireless testing solutions work up to 50m away, allowing workers to stay clear from the crush zones and line of fire when live testing. Unlike traditional pressure gauges, test lines are unnecessary, eliminating the risk of tangled or stuck lines.
The easy-to-use Safe Gauge wireless transducer kit includes accurate color-coded pressure sensors, wirelessly connected to a portable touchscreen monitor with all components in our heavy-duty carrying case.
The Safe Gauge DataLink is a wireless data logger and is extremely user friendly, compact, and portable. With a 50m wireless range, the DataLink can be powered by a laptop whilst commissioning, or live inside the cabin of a machine for continuous monitoring.
DataLink can store up to 12 months worth of data onboard the hardware and can be downloaded into a .csv or pdf report. You can also view real-time through the Safe Gauge dashboard, which has customised test features and displays.
The SafeGauge Dial Indicator is a Bluetooth device that measures displacement within 0.01mm. The capability of bluetooth connection from up to 50m away gives technicians the ability to complete maintenance safely and more efficiently.
DI Series kits are available in 1, 2, or 4 channels, as well as a customised kit option. Kits are supplied with everything needed to set up and conduct testing, including high-quality magnetic bases.
