Suspended monorail is among the most economical, safe and widely used modes of transport in mines.
Suspended
monorail
Due to its high level of safety and reliability, it is very efficient for the constant transport of people, as well as for various kinds of technological and operational materials. It particularly excels in transport through long mine roadways with variable inclinations of up to ± 35 degrees.
Characteristics:
. Powerful hydraulics for powering additional equipment
. Up to 35 inclines
. Max Load Capacity – 50 tons
. Max Engine Power – 190 kW
. Maximum towing capacity up to 330 kN
. All machines suitable to areas with explosion danger
Battery locomotives
Mining monorail battery locomotives’ main advantages include the ability to be deployed in mines with reduced ventilation air velocity.
. Max. traction force 120 kN
. 3 locomotives variants depending on traction power
. Remote control possible
. Trouble-free maintenance
. long battery life, up to 8 hours
. 6 hours battery charging
. Portable charger available
. ATEX approval including the charger
Diesel locomotives
Ferrit has a broad portfolio of diesel locomotives. The most popular is the DLZ110F-II, which has two cabins and transports large volumes of mining material or personnel on horizontal or inclined (up to 30°) suspended monorails tracks.
Ferrit has also developed a comprehensive range of accessories for suspended monorail transport
- Diesel and accumulator manipulators
- Lifting equipment
- Cabins for staff
